We here at Silky Me are confident that you will achieve some amazing results at home, but if not, we do offer a 90-day money back guarantee so you can get smooth, hairless skin without the worry!
If your Silky Me Pro has a defect we also warrant this device for a period of (12) months.

Return Process
*Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with picture attached.
In order to process a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Please contact hello@silkyme.co within 90 days from the date the package was delivered. Once approved we would provide you with return shipping address
2. Securely pack the device in the original packaging with all compartments. Please make sure everything is in the same condition you received it.
3. Ship the package back out to us.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Upon receiving your return, we would issue a full refund minus the original cost of shipping.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/disposal fee, because of the nature of our product, we are unable to restock or resell any opened items. Items that are still sealed are subject to 10% restocking fee only.
*Return drop-offs are NOT accepted at our warehouse.
Warranty
Silky Me warrants this device for a period of (12) months after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal use of the device.
*Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect and notify Silky Me during the warranty period, Silky Me will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge.
We do not offer refund for warranty issues. However, we would be more than happy to replace the handset.

1. Take a clear video of the defect
2. Email hello@silkyme.co with a sentence about the defect and your video attached
3.Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with.
4. A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:
Once a return is initiated and/or your return label has been printed, your items have 7 days to arrive at your local carrier/postal office to send back to our distribution center. If your items do not arrive within that time frame, Silky Me is within its rights to cancel the return.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Silky Me does not resell return products.
Silky Me is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Silky Me is able to refuse issuing store credit or money back for your return.
RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse any shipments from Silky Me, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
Please Note: We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
